Answers, with no jargon.
Everything you might be wondering about senior living guidance in Southwest Florida.
Is your service really free?
Yes. Our guidance is completely free to families. Like a real estate agent, we’re compensated by partner communities only when a placement is the right fit never at any cost to you, and never at the expense of honest advice.
How does the process work?
We start with a warm, no-pressure conversation to understand your loved one’s needs, preferences, and budget. From there, we curate a shortlist of communities, help you tour them, and support you all the way through the transition.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
What's the difference between assisted living and memory care?
Assisted living provides help with daily activities while preserving independence. Memory care offers specialized, secure environments and staff specifically trained to support those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
How do I know it's time for senior living?
Common signs include difficulty with daily tasks, safety concerns, missed medications, increasing isolation, or caregiver burnout. If you’re unsure, we’re glad to talk it through with you – there’s no obligation.
Do you help with the financial side?
We help you understand pricing models and explore options like long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and other resources. While we’re not financial advisors, our experience helps families plan with clarity.
What makes Gracefully Assisted different?
Heidi’s decades of healthcare experience mean guidance grounded in clinical reality, delivered with genuine warmth. We advocate for your family first – always.
Can you help if we need care quickly?
Absolutely. We understand many families come to us during a crisis, such as a hospital discharge. We can move quickly while still ensuring the placement is right.
